Cindy joined City Group in 1997 and was responsible for the management of Workers Compensation, Quality Assurance and OH&S matters. Since then Cindy has progressed to the role of Business Manager responsible for Contract Management/Service Delivery for the last six of the 17 years employed with City Group. She has a strong background in service industries with a substantial client service outlook.
Cindy has extensive experience in managing large and complex contracts (including the transition to 3 day/week servicing at the Canberra Hospital for administration and non-clinical areas), the Australian Institute of Sport, Department of Defence etc, which has provided skills in planning of services within timeframes and resource allocation, as well as prioritising key activities in changing circumstances. Her strengths include client engagement and service staff management and resources management.
Cindy is a member of the company senior management team and is also the Company Secretary.
